Customer credit and partial credit

Do the following to perform a credit or partial credit:

1. Open your Isracard Global account and then open the transactions tab.
2. Select the desirable transaction and click "more" and "details".
3. In the window that opens, click the red "Cancel Sale and Refund Customer" button.
4. In the window that opens, you can refund the entire transaction or click Partial Refund and enter the refund sum to be credited.
5. No refund can be done If the transaction was made using a Debit or Rechargeable card.
