Do I have an acquiring limit ? The Know Your Customer process - countersigning with the credit card company

All businesses joining Isracard Global have a temporary maximum Acquiring limit of 50,000 ILS for transactions.

This limit is set according to the Bank of Israel’s directive for approval and control of business accounts.

To remove this limit and to benefit from continual service, you are required to undergo a countersigning process with the credit card company, starting immediately after the activation of the account in the system.

We highly recommend that you will go through the process as soon and as fast as possible, in order to be able to keep receiving transactions after reaching the 50,000 ILS limit 

Countersigning Process

After the account is activated - A meeting is set up with a representative of the credit card company.
After the business is approved by the credit card company, the business can use Isracard Global services without limitations.
