In order to update personal or business information in you Isracard Global account, first enter the account and click on the settings tab.
you account details will show in the system. click on the update details button in the section you wish to update.
fill in the updated information in the opened window. the request is sent to Isracard Global support team, and the information will be updated within 2 working days.
To update a business’s bank account details, a document should be sent proving the requesting party business’s ownership of the account, a cancelled check or signed bank document indicating their ownership of the account and the bank account details.
In order to upload a document:
- Enter the account
- Click on the support center tab or Help button on the bottom of the page
- click on the submit request button on the upper right section of the page
- in the opened window fill in the relevant details and attach the relevant documents
